The company offers a wide-spanning network of dry and temperature-controlled 53’ vans, lift gates, and specialized small equipment for full truckloads, exclusive partial loads, airport drops & recoveries along with both domestic & North American rail capabilities.

With expertise in supporting Food, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Government end-markets, K&L drives its differentiated service with a thoughtful balance of human and technological resources to ensure service is never compromised.

Patrick Draut is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in logistics, transportation, and corporate development. As Executive Vice President at KLFM Holdings LLC, Patrick has led transformative growth, enhancing profitability through data-driven strategies and operational improvements. He has expertise in sourcing and closing acquisitions, post-merger integrations, and innovative solutions for clients in industries such as food, healthcare, and manufacturing. Patrick’s leadership has positioned KLFM as a premier asset-light logistics provider. 

 

Patrick holds an MBA from Northeastern University’s D’Amore-McKim School of Business.

Bridget Palcko joined K&L Freight Management in 2017 and has been a driving force behind the company’s growth and operational excellence. With expertise in logistics, operations, project management, and strategic development, Bridget has played a pivotal role in optimizing processes, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and delivering scalable solutions for diverse customer needs.

 

Promoted to Executive Vice President in 2024, Bridget focuses on enhancing operational efficiency, building cohesive teams, and spearheading initiatives that drive long-term growth. Her leadership ensures K&L Freight remains committed to providing innovative, high-quality logistics services while adapting to an evolving industry landscape.
Bridget’s career began at a large Chicago-based brokerage, where she gained valuable experience in logistics and customer relationship management. She holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Political Science and Government from Loyola University Chicago. Her strategic vision and dedication to excellence make her an integral part of K&L Freight Management’s success.

Since joining our company in 2010, Ken Skinn has been instrumental in driving operational excellence and growth. With a diverse expertise spanning local fleet management, dedicated assets, ground and air expedite services, pricing, and carrier procurement, Ken has consistently delivered exceptional results and innovative solutions.
In recognition of his outstanding leadership and contributions, Ken was promoted to Executive Vice President at the beginning of 2024. In this role, he continues to spearhead strategic initiatives, foster strong customer relationships, and mentor the next generation of leaders.

Known for his unwavering determination, there is not a challenge that Ken will not overcome. He tackles obstacles head-on, turning potential setbacks into opportunities for growth and improvement.
